Some says that living a life with no worries and smiling fully is the mental health let's get to see what is MENTAL HEALTH according to the books

Mental health consists of our emotional, social and psychological well-being . It affects how we think, feel and act. It also help us to determine how we handle stress related issues and how we make choices under these conditions. Mental health is important in our all phases, childhood, our teenage and our adulthood.

In entire life span if you ever had some mental related issues it will effect thinking capabilities our mood and our behavior. There are factors which affect our mental health.

Factor which affect the mental health is Biological Factors. Genes, brain chemistry, our lifetime experience such as trauma, mental abuse or Family history with the mental health problems.

Mental health issues are common and can be helped. People with mental health issues can get better and can recover.

Warning sign that tell us about the early stages.
Not sure of you or some you know is suffering from mental health problems. Experiencing one or more of the following issues tell us about the early stages.
Eating to much or eating to less
Pulling away from the people and activities that usually do.
Feeling like nothing matters or feeling numb
Having unknown pain and aches
Feeling helpless or hopeless
Smoking, drinking or doing more drugs to forget the pain
Feeling scared, always on edge of being angry, confused, forgetful, upset and worried
Usually fighting with family members and friends
Experiencing mood swings that causes problems in relationship and other activities.
Having persistent thoughts and memories of something you can't get it out of your head
Hearing voices and believing things that are not true.
Thinking of hurting yourself or others.
Not able to perform your daily tasks that you usually do.

Mental illness is okay and can be cured you just need some help and it's OK to ask for health.Many people just thought if they ask about issues other people will judge them but it's not true and no one will judge you.

Even other people will help you to get out of it or you can consult a professional. I always see people around me shy to talk about their mental health and this cause more damage than asking for help. Drinking alcohol or doing other drugs will not help you to get out of this.
