Because according to the research waking up early can benefits to enhances your physical, mental and emotional and many more. Besides that, the focus of this study will give people a ways to wake up early Since most people say, that it’s not easy to get up early in the morning, especially when it’s still dark. So what are the ways to practice to wake up early?

First, do your household chores earlier as soon as possible. By doing it earlier and faster it will not waste your time to rest. when if you have exact time to rest you can't feel tiredness in your body. So you can wake up early without tiredness. This is the first and effective way to do.

Second, don't over use your cell phone at night. Over using cell phone it can make you lack of sleep, it can be a cause that you can't wake up early in morning. Additionally base on the research the blue light emitted by screens on cell phones, computers, tablets, and televisions restrain the production of melatonin, the hormone that controls your sleep/wake cycle or circadian rhythm. Reducing melatonin makes it harder to fall and stay asleep. That is why using cell phone is a bad habit to do when you want to wake up early.

Lastly, set a good time management strategy. Setting a time management it’s also a big help to manage your time and practice to control it. Time management can set your working time and sleeping time in specific time. So that you have specific time ti rest and work. And when you have a time management you can manage your time to wake up early in the morning.

I conclude that we should try and practice wake up early in the morning, because it can help you to be a successful person. There's a famous saying "early birds are first will catch the worm. In every single of moment in your life there's always some failure happen, but being an early bird it will help your life, your dream to overcome all your failure.
