To lose weight we should cut intake of extra fat and extra carbohydrates but the most important thing is we should not cut the protein intake.
According to my recipe,
- After two hours you should have breakfast, 1 egg (without yellow yolk) Because the yellow part of the egg is Yolk, It contains fat and other minerals.

- In breakfast she should have one cup of green tea without sugar.

- In lunch; In lunch you should have again one egg without yolk.
- I am suggesting you to have eggs without Yolk Is a healthy thing because the white part is protein part and we cannot decrease the intake of protein.
- Decreased proteins can make you prone to infections , so to avoid infections we should take proper and enough proteins.
- In lunch you should have one fruit. you can have one banana or you can have an orange. Banana have a lot of potassium and orange have a lot of calcium.


- In dinner, you should have one plate of oatmeal boiled in water or you can boil it in skimmed milk.

- After one hour you should have one cup of green tea.

- Along with all of these don’t forget to drink plenty of water.

- Just tried this recipe for 5 to 7 days not more than 5 to 7 days. Because we are limiting our diet for longer time it is that good.
