Anger is a strong feeling or emotion which produced inside our mind due to different factors such as unexpected behavior of people around or with you, unexpected incidents, wrong incidents or behavior around or with you. The intensity of anger is depends upon your perceptions or attitude towards incidents or behavior of people.
Many people say that anger comes naturally when things happens around you. But it doesn't come naturally. If it come naturally then intensity of anger of different people should be same at same incident. Intensity of anger is different for different people as it depends upon your mentality and the way you think towards things or incidents or behavior happening around or with you.

1. Focus on breathing when you are angry
Whenever you are angry due to any reason, first need to focus on your breathing for few seconds or a minute. It will help you to reduce angry feeling that created in your mind. If you have strong angry feeling, then try to make your breathing normal by keeping focus on it.
2. Don’t react too early when you are angry
When you are very angry, don’t communicate to people immediately or don’t take decision immediately. If you are in strong feeling, you cannot behave properly with people or cannot take right decisions. Sometimes it is very difficult to control when you are very angry. So it is better to act later.
3. Behave calmly and polite in any situation.
Always try to practice Calmly and polite behavior in any situation. It will help you to adopt habit of control your emotions and one day you are capable to stable your mentality and control your anger in any critical situation.
